The public is invited to the Alaska Cold War Conference and Nike Veterans Reunion being held in Anchorage on September 4 and 5, 2014.
Sergei Krushchev, son of former Soviet Premier Nikita Krushchev, will give the keynote address “Cold Warriors: Eisenhower, Kennedy and Krushchev” on Thursday, September 4 at 7:30pm at the Wendy Williamson Auditorium. This event is free.
Friday, September 5 from 9am to 1pm at the Captain Cook Hotel there will be the following presentations:

Colonel Joe Griffith (Retired): The Cold War from an Alaskan and Pentagon Perspective
