The Alaska Historical Society is holding its annual conference virtually this year. Our annual business meeting is scheduled for Saturday afternoon, October 10th, 2:00-3:30 p.m. We would like to include updates from local historical societies and museums around the state as part of the meeting.
With an apology for the late notice, we invite you to send us two paragraphs—one with highlights of your last year and the other with your plans for the coming year. If you have one or two photographs please send them, too. We plan to compile the reports into a PowerPoint presentation. Your information should be sent to members@alaskahistoricalsociety.org by Wednesday, October 7th.
You are welcome, and invited, to attend the annual business meeting (there is no fee to attend). If interested, please send an email to the address above and you will be sent a Zoom invitation that will include the meeting number and password.
